2 Visual amenity
2.1
Prepare and implement a signage policy that seeks to:
  • reduce the number of signs to reduce
  • replace existing signs with smaller signs to present a more elegant visual amenity
  • apply a consistent style, font, colour palette and materials
  • ensure any signs on common property for commercial lots are modest to not compromise the building's architectural integrity and ensure all signs have an expiry date that can be renewed upon request.

Remove redundant 'room' signs on each upper floor which devalue our building, and repaint the feature walls;

Remove all convex signs in the ground corridor behind the lifts which add no value and create visual clutter.

4.1
Create a sense of arrival at our residential entrance by adding:
    • topiary plants on the external pavers to the left of the doors
    • our 333 logo and the word 'residential' along the entrance sliding doors to provide a sense of arrival.


4.2
Permanently seal the doors from Lots 9 (currently private office) and 11 (former cafe) that cause serious security and safety risks to residents.


4.3
Add transulent frosting film at eye level on windows abutting the former cafe (Lot 11) to protect resident privacy.

Our Owners Corporation has worked strategically, and successfully converted our building into a private residential community through numerous initiatives. This has been done for all residents whether they are owners or long-term tenants. We are one community. We now have enough funds for low cost initiatives that will make a big impact.
Our vision will evolve over time.
