Our Strategic vision
2 Visual amenity | |||
2.1 | Prepare and implement a signage policy that seeks to:
| ||
2.2 | Remove redundant 'room' signs on each upper floor which devalue our building, and repaint the feature walls;
2.3 | Remove all convex signs in the ground corridor behind the lifts which add no value and create visual clutter.
3 Financial management
4 Ground floor lobby | |||
4.1 | Create a sense of arrival at our residential entrance by adding:
| ||
4.2 | Permanently seal the doors from Lots 9 (currently private office) and 11 (former cafe) that cause serious security and safety risks to residents.
4.3 | Add transulent frosting film at eye level on windows abutting the former cafe (Lot 11) to protect resident privacy.

Our Owners Corporation has worked strategically, and successfully converted our building into a private residential community through numerous initiatives. This has been done for all residents whether they are owners or long-term tenants. We are one community. We now have enough funds for low cost initiatives that will make a big impact.
Our vision will evolve over time.
