Our Building Strategy vision

Our Owners Corporation has worked strategically, and successfully converted our building into a private residential community through numerous initiatives. This has been done for all residents whether they are owners or long-term tenants. We are one community. We now have enough funds for low cost initiatives that will make a big impact.
Our vision will evolve over time.
Our vision:
Ground floor
- Remove redundant 'room' signs on each floor and repaint the feature walls.
- Remove all convex signs in the corridor behind the lifts which add no value and create a blight.
- Add our 333 logo and 'residential' along the entrance sliding doors to provide a sense of arrival.
Upper floors
- Remove redundant 'room' signs on each floor.
- Repaint the feature wall section on each floor.
When funds are available, create a new enclosed Building Manager office in the redundant space (see vision on left).
